Kete by Master Weaver Taura Toi: A Legacy of Weaving
A beautifully crafted kete by Master Weaver Taura Toi, embodying tradition, skill, and deep cultural connections to harakeke and weaving heritage.

Kete Whakairo Kōurarini Toi was chosen as the name for my weaving to honor a special feathered companion who was present when I first learned to weave. This name also reflects the deep connection to the place where harakeke grew, marking the beginning of my weaving journey. – Johanna Qiao Tong
